"Sperm falls out of me after sex. Is this normal?"
After my partner and I have sex, all the sperm just falls out of me. Is this normal or should I see a doctor?
Worry not! Although sperm are capable of moving 2-3mm per minute, a large quantity trickle out of the vagina. Which is why you see women in sitcom’s lying with cushions under their bottom and legs in the air immediately after sex (it helps sperm go where they need to be for you to conceive)!
It also depends on the position you’ve chosen for intercourse. If you’re on top, gravity means most of the semen will come out when he withdraws. Don’t be lulled into a false sense of ‘So who needs contraception?’ security though. Regardless of position, within 15 seconds of ejaculation there are sperm throughout the genital tract.
